Annual General Meeting 2019

Formal Notice is given to all Club Members that an Annual General Meeting is called to take place on Friday, 26th April 2019 at the Club Premises.

The meeting will commence at 8.00pm and all current members are invited to attend.

This AGM agenda will include:

• Apologies.
• Chairman’s comments.
• Minutes of the previous  AGM dated 19th April 2018.
• Matters arising from the above Minutes.
• Treasurer’s Report.
• The Secretary’s Report.
• Election of Committee and Officers.
• Membership subscription for 2019.

Proposal : That the fees of £5 per person should remain for 2020.
